UK Delivery
Free UK delivery on orders over £75. Deliveries operate Monday to Friday. Couriers may request age verification on delivery.
Standard Delivery
- General items: £3.95, 2–4 working days (orders before 2pm)
- Candles & small gift sets: £2.95, 2–4 working days (orders before 2pm)
- Mini samples & gift bags: £1.95, 2–4 working days (orders before 2pm)
Express Delivery
- General items: £4.95, 1–2 working days (orders before 2pm)
- Candles & small gift sets: £3.95, 1–2 working days
- Mini samples & gift bags: £2.95, 1–2 working days
We ship across the UK, including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and BFPO addresses. Remote locations may take longer.
Delivery Conditions
Any additional charges paid directly to the courier (including upgrades or custom services) are not refundable by United Drinks and must be resolved directly with the courier.
While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur. Free express upgrades do not guarantee compensation. Delivery may be cancelled if age or identity cannot be verified.
Tracking details are sent to the email address used for your order. Missed deliveries returned to us may be resent, with additional postage costs payable by the customer.
Lost packages may occasionally arrive late. If your order has not arrived within 5 days of the expected delivery date, please check your email for courier updates before contacting us.
Bank Holidays
No dispatch or delivery takes place on UK Bank Holidays.
Christmas Deliveries
To allow for seasonal delays, please place Christmas orders by 19 December 2026 using Express Delivery. Limited shipping will operate from 20 December 2026 to 4 January 2027. Orders can still be placed during this period, but delivery may take longer.
Overseas Deliveries
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, or any other overseas destinations.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reporting any items damaged during transit. We cannot compensate for lost earnings due to late or failed deliveries.
Upon receipt, it is the customer’s responsibility to store and use products safely. United Drinks is not liable for damage resulting from improper handling or storage.
